Sound familiar?
No website at all
Most agencies around here quote $3,000 to $8,000 for a site. That's why a lot of contractors just don't have one. Customers search, don't find you, and call someone else.
A site that fights you on a phone
It loads slow. The phone number can't be tapped. There's no padlock in the address bar. Your customer hits the back button and calls the next guy.
A site you don't really own
Some web companies register your domain in their own name. When you want to leave, your web address can stay with them.
Every price, right here
No packages to decode. You pay a setup fee once, then for each page you want.

You own every piece of it
Your domain is registered in your name, on your card, in your own Cloudflare account. Your site lives in that account too. Not mine.
- Your domain, in your name. About $11 a year, paid straight to Cloudflare.
- Your site, in your own Cloudflare account. No monthly hosting bill.
- Your source files, any time you ask.
- Once the final payment is in, the site and its files are yours, in writing.
If you ever want to leave, you keep everything and I hand you the keys.
Your site doesn't need me to stay online. If something ever happened to me, it would keep running in your account.
How it works
1 A 45-minute call
On Google Meet, or in person if you'd rather. I pull up your current site, you pick your pages off the menu, and you watch the price add up as you go.
2 You sign and send your info. I build it.
Sign the contract online and pay half to start. Then send your logo, services, hours and photos within 14 days. I put your pages together and send you a link to look over. Two rounds of changes are included.
3 It goes live. You own it.
Your site goes live on your domain, in your own account. The other half is due at launch.
Build your own site, right now
Pick your kind of business, a style and the pages you want. Watch the preview build itself and the price add up. When it looks right, send it to me with one button.
- Choose your pages and their designs from pictures.
- See it live, the way it looks on a phone or a computer.
- Send me your design code. I open your exact design, and you and I finish it on a call.
Free to try. Nothing is ordered until you sign a contract.

What every site gets
Built for phones first
Your phone number is a button. Tap it and it calls.
Fast
I test every page with Google's free Lighthouse tool before launch and aim for 95 or better out of 100 on a phone.
The padlock
SSL is set up on launch day, so browsers don't label your site "Not secure."
A contact form that reaches you
Messages go straight to your email.
Built for accessibility
Built and tested to WCAG 2.2 AA, the usual accessibility standard: readable text, and built to work with a keyboard and with screen readers. Checked with WAVE and Lighthouse before launch. No accessibility widgets.
The basics Google reads
Page titles, descriptions, a sitemap and your business details, set up the way search engines read them.
Visitor stats, no cookie banner
Simple counts of visits and pages viewed, without cookies.
Straight talk: a website is not SEO
A new site won't put you at the top of Google by itself. Ranking higher is ongoing work that takes months. What I build loads fast, works on phones and makes you look like the real business you are. I'll tell you that before you buy, not after.
What I don't build
Online stores, booking systems, and sites you edit yourself. My sites have no editing panel and no login page. That keeps them fast and leaves very little to break into. If you need one of those, I'll tell you on the first call and point you to someone who builds them.

Who you'd be working with
I'm Connor Corkum, and I live in Seven Valleys. Before this, I worked in sales at a roofing contractor, selling to other businesses. I built internal tools there, including a financing calculator. I watched contractors get burned by web companies holding their domain hostage. I set this up to work the other way.

It's the two of us: I build the sites, and my girlfriend is the photographer for photo sessions.
When you call, you get me.
Know a business that needs a site?
Send them my way. If they become a client, you get $100 or six months of free support.
Not sure where to start? Get a free site check.
Send me your web address. I'll pull it up on my phone and send back a short, plain list of what I see: how fast it loads, whether the phone number can be tapped, whether the padlock is there. If it needs a new site, I'll include the price. No site yet? Book a call and start from scratch.
