Every price is on this page
You pay a setup fee once, then for each page you want. Pick what you need and skip what you don't. Most sites land between $700 and $1,100.

Build your price
Check the pages and extras you want. The total updates as you go. It's the same math I use on the call.
The calculator needs JavaScript to run. The math is simple: $300 setup + $200 home page + $100 for each additional page. Custom pages are $400 each.

Custom pages are quoted in writing before I start. Until then, treat this number as an estimate.
Your launch date gets set before the call ends.
A one-page site works. Your services, phone number and a call button all fit on a home page.
This is an estimate. Your final price goes into your written contract, and nothing is due until you sign it.
Why there's a setup fee
Getting any site live takes the same work whether it's one page or ten. Setup covers that work once. Without it, small sites wouldn't cover the time.
Setup covers
- Your written contract, signed online
- Getting started, and your content checklist
- Your free Cloudflare account, set up with you
- Your domain, bought in your account on your card
- Putting the site live and pointing your domain at it
- SSL, the padlock in the address bar
- Testing on phones, tablets and computers
- An accessibility check and a speed check before launch
- Launch
What's in a page, and what's custom
Every page on the menu comes in 4 to 6 designs. You pick one and I fill it with your business. That's the page price.
Included in the page price
- Your text and your photos
- Your logo
- A color set from the style you pick (or your exact brand colors, $15 for the whole site)
- Sections turned on or off
- Sections moved up or down the page
Custom: $400 a page, quoted first
- A layout that isn't in any of the designs
- A section that has to be designed from scratch
- Anything that isn't "swap in your content"
Why $400 and not $100? A menu page is a finished design filled with your content. A custom page is real design work from a blank screen, three to five hours of it.
I quote every custom page in writing, with the price, before I touch it. Never "sure, I'll figure something out."
Extras
-
Photo session: $250 to $400
Photos taken on site by my girlfriend, the photographer: your team, your office, the outside of your building. Good photos are what make a site look like a real business instead of a stock template. You get the exact price before the shoot. Everyone in the photos signs a short model release.
Pennsylvania charges 6% sales tax on photography. Website work isn't taxed. So the photo session goes on its own line of your invoice, and only that line is taxed.
Google Business Profile setup: $150
The free Google listing that shows your business on Maps and in search. I set it up for you.
Logo cleanup: $150
Got a logo that only exists on a business card, a truck door or a blurry file? I turn it into a clean, sharp version that looks right on your site. This is a cleanup of the logo you have. It isn't a new logo design.
Your own brand colors: $15
Each style comes with its own color sets. If you already have brand colors, I use your exact colors across the whole site. If one is too light to read on, I adjust the shade so the text stays easy to read.
Rush job: +$200
Need it live sooner? Your build goes to the front of my line, and your launch date gets set before the call ends.
Support plan: $12 a month
Your site has no editing panel, so you can't change it yourself. That's on purpose: no login page for anyone to break into, nothing to update, less that can go wrong. The plan is how changes get made, and how I keep an eye on things.
What's included
- 2 small edits a month, 15 minutes or less each. A new phone number, new hours, a swapped photo.
- Uptime monitoring. I get an alert if your site goes down.
- SSL monitoring. I get an alert if the padlock has a problem.
- DNS management. I handle the settings that point your domain at your site.
- A reminder before your domain renews each year.
- Email replies within 2 business days.
Two ways to pay
$12a month
$144a year
Same price, one charge a year instead of twelve.
Bigger than a small edit?
Anything beyond the plan is $75 an hour, 30-minute minimum. I quote it first and you say yes before I start.
Optional
You don't have to take the plan. Without it, any change is $75 an hour, 30-minute minimum, quoted first. If you stop the plan, your site keeps running and it's still yours. How to cancel is spelled out in plain words in your contract.
Twelve a month and I keep an eye on it. So you're never stuck.
How payment works
Half to start
50% deposit when you sign the contract. No work starts without both.
Half at launch
The other 50% when your site goes live.
Bank transfer or card
Pay through a secure Stripe link. I'd rather take a bank transfer (ACH). Card fees take a real bite out of a price this low.
Photos on their own line
Photography carries 6% PA sales tax. Website work doesn't. They're kept separate on your invoice so only the photos are taxed.
What you pay other companies
- Domain: about $11 a year, paid by you straight to Cloudflare at their cost. It's in your name, so the renewal is on your card.
- Hosting: $0. Your site runs on Cloudflare's free plan, in your account.
- Contact form: $0. It runs through a free form service that handles up to 250 messages a month.
- Visitor stats: $0. Cloudflare's free web analytics, with no cookie banner needed.
That's it. No monthly hosting bill from me.
Cloudflare and the form service are outside companies with their own terms. Your site depends on them the way every website depends on someone's servers.
Why it costs less than an agency
Most agencies around here quote $3,000 to $8,000. I'm not cutting corners to come in under that. I just don't have their costs: no office, no staff, no hosting bills to pass on to you. And I build from a library of page designs I've already made and tested, so I'm not starting from a blank screen every time.
No discount games
I don't start high and knock it down. The price you build is the price.
What can cost more later
| Item | Price |
|---|---|
| A page added after the build is agreed | $100 |
| A custom page added later | $400, quoted first |
| Changes after the 2 included rounds | $75 an hour |
| Work beyond the support plan | $75 an hour, 30-minute minimum, quoted first |
Custom pages and extra work are quoted before I do them.
