I'm Connor. I build websites for contractors.
A two-person business in Seven Valleys, York County. I quote your site, build it, launch it, and answer when you call. My girlfriend is the photographer.

The two of us
This business is run by me and my girlfriend. The work splits cleanly: I handle the websites, and my girlfriend handles the photos.

Websites: Connor Corkum
Quotes your site on the call, builds it, launches it, and answers the phone.

Photos: my girlfriend
Shoots the photo sessions on site at your business: team headshots, your office or shop, and the outside of your building.

Where I come from
I worked in B2B sales at a roofing contractor. I spent my days around contractors, suppliers, and subs, and I got to know a lot of them across York County.
I also built internal tools for the company, including a financing calculator tied into its systems. That's where I started building things for contractors instead of just selling to them.
And I kept seeing the same two problems.
- Good contractors with no website at all, because agencies around here quote $3,000 to $8,000 for one.
- Contractors who did pay an agency, then found out the agency controlled their domain and wouldn't let go of it.
What I do about it
I build simple, fast websites, priced per page off a menu. You pick the pages you need and pay for those, nothing else. Most sites land between $700 and $1,100.
Everything goes in your name: the domain and the hosting account from day one, and the site files once the final payment is made. If you ever want to leave, you keep all of it and I hand you the keys.
Pick your pages, pay for what you need, and you own every piece of it.
Why my prices are lower
There's no catch. It comes down to three things:
No overhead. No office, no staff, no hosting bills to pass on to you.
No blank screens. I build from a library of page designs I made once and reuse. Your site still gets your logo, your photos, and your words. I'm just not starting from zero every time.
Free hosting that's yours. Your site runs on Cloudflare, which is free for business sites. That's why there's no monthly hosting fee from me.
The paperwork
- CompTIA Security+. A certification in IT security. It's why I keep every login in a password manager, your site runs on HTTPS, and there's no WordPress install or plugin for anyone to break into.
- CompTIA ITF+. IT fundamentals.
- Networking program, York County School of Technology.
- Built software for a roofing contractor, including a financing calculator connected to the company's systems.
How I work
- My prices are on this website. You'll know the number before you hang up.
- You own everything. Your domain, your Cloudflare account, your files.
- I'm straight with you about Google. A website is not SEO. A good site helps, but it won't put you at the top of Google by itself, and I'll say that before you buy, not after.
- Custom work gets a written price first. Every time, before I touch it.
- Everything's in writing. You get a contract that spells out your pages, your price, your revisions, and who owns what.
- No accessibility overlay widgets. They don't make a site accessible on their own, and the FTC fined one of those companies $1 million for claiming its tool did. I build accessibility into the pages instead.
What I don't do
I build brochure websites: pages that tell people who you are, what you do, and how to reach you. I don't build online stores, booking systems, or big content-management sites. Ongoing SEO work isn't part of a website build either. If that's what you need, I'll tell you up front and point you somewhere else.
New business, straight talk
This business is brand new, so you won't find a wall of reviews here yet. What you will find is my prices, my terms, and my phone number. That's on purpose. Call it: (717) 714-1031.
Local, and easy to reach
I'm based in Seven Valleys and work with businesses across York County. Mostly contractors and home-service businesses, since that's the world I come from. Other small local businesses are welcome too. The menu works the same way.
It's just the two of us. No account managers, no call center, no handoffs.
